What even is astroherbalism?

Astrological herbalism (aka astroherbalism) is the practice of engaging with the inherent connections that exist between the earthly and the celestial. 

Astroherbalism provides us with a language to understand plants, planets, and our intrinsic interconnectedness with the world around us. This practice offers us a sense of deep belonging – reminding us that we are both celestial and earthly; that we are not separate from nature, but rather we are a part of it. 

More practically, astroherbalism grants us insights into the relationships & healing potentials latent in plants & planets separately and together.
