Astrological herbalism (aka astroherbalism) is the practice of engaging with the inherent connections that exist between the earthly and the celestial.

Astroherbalism provides us with a language to understand plants, planets, and our intrinsic interconnectedness with the world around us. This practice offers us a sense of deep belonging – reminding us that we are both celestial and earthly; that we are not separate from nature, but rather we are a part of it.

Yes! Cæleste Natura is hosted through a combination of the Rowan & Sage Teachable school, a private community platform called Circle, and Zoom.

Not quite. While Cæleste Natura will introduce you to medical astrology concepts as well as help you cultivate a foundational knowledge of herbalism, this program is more about helping you come into relationship with both plants + planets through embodied experience. This relational framework for engagement can stand on its own, separate from the practice of herbalism or medical astrology, AND it can greatly enhance the practice of both disciplines.

Nope! This course is designed to help anyone – from professional practitioners to curious beginners – develop personal, embodied relationships with plants & planets, but it is NOT designed to prepare you to work with clients as an herbalist or astrologer.

Practitioners will have the opportunity to deepen their relationship with and understanding of their discipline(s), while also learning new ways to engage with plants & planets. Additionally, by explicitly orienting towards building direct relationships with plants & planets, your embodied comprehensions will be profoundly enhanced, providing positive benefit to you as an individual as well as to your professional practice.
